Casa Lea is located a stone's throw from the town center and is owned by Arturo and Gabriele.
"We are Arturo and Gabriele. We bought this ancient house in 1999. It is called Casa Lea, because our dog Lea faithfully accompanied us in the purchase and in almost all the renovation works".
The house has been modernized keeping the old structures and some old materials alive; in the past it was a miners' house.
It consists of two floors: a balcony on the upper floor and on the ground floor a terrace with a vegetable garden on the south-west side. This side is sunny until late in the evening. There is a modern bathroom on each floor, furthermore on the upper floor there are 3 rooms: a double bedroom, the dining room and also a well-equipped kitchenette.
The ground floor was once the cellar with an adjoining chicken coop. Today there is the living room where - if the weather doesn't allow you to be outside in the garden - you can read a book from the shelves of the house, available to our guests, or listen to a CD or watch TV with international channels.
The house offers enough space for 4 people, because on the ground floor there is a sofa bed. It is a place where you can breathe the past, you will find many personal things that are available to guests and we are very happy if they appreciate them.
The house is part of the Widespread Tourist Reception Project which aims to enhance the villages through the generation of new services for citizens and temporary residents.
